Brick Road Mosaic West Coast IPA

This golden West Coast IPA has a fresh, clean mouthfeel and medium bitterness from the hopped ale malts, followed by a delicious stonefruit, citrus finish from the Mosaic dry-hopping. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with American Ale Yeast and 30g Mosaic dry hop pellets. For a West Coast IPA, we recommend you add 1.5kg Light malt extract plus 1kg Light Dry malt extract (or 1kg dextrose). For even more citrus or fruity aroma and flavour, add up to 200g of hops like Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka. For more piney notes add Columbus.
