Bushfire Sauce

Caynne Chillies and Garlic have been smoked and then fermented to create a sauce with massive depth of flavour. Sitting around the 3/10 heat range it is perfect as a daily go to sauce. The smoke gives it a round rich taste where are the ferment adds deep layers of flavour.
