This “dunkel” (German for dark), is a dark style lager that offers beer lovers the balance of chocolate, bread crust and caramel flavours. Instructions: Add this cube to your fermenter with 3 litres of boiling water, stir wort with a sterilized spoon, Pitch yeast and ferment at it's recommended temperature. IBU: 19 Expected ABV: 4.6% Fermenting Temperature: 10-15 Malts: Munich, Pilsner, Biscuit, Carapils, Midnight Wheat Hops: Saaz Yeast Suggestions: S-23, Diamond, 34/70, Nova Lager.
