Louisiana Louisiana is our latest release. This mix of herbs, spices, garlic, onion, a little chili hit with a hint of smoke is possibly our tastiest jerky ever! It was rated the best out of 11 jerkies on tasting at our jerky tasting masterclass! Our Louisiana has won a Bronze medal in the 2023 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards All our products are hand made in small batches by our team of expert butchers and jerky masters. We have tried and tested countless iterations to make what we (and many of our customers) believe is Australia ‘s best beef jerky.
